Applicability and Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, each visitor accepts these terms and the additional house rules. These T&C apply to all visitors, suppliers, artists, and staff of the event. These terms are always available on the website and will be available at the event.

Minimum Age & Identification

The event is accessible from the age of 18. In case of doubt, identification may be requested, and visitors must present a valid passport, European ID card, or Dutch driver’s license. Access will be denied if no valid ID is shown, without the right to a refund.

Tickets: Personal and Non-Transferable

Tickets are personal and cannot be resold or transferred. Refunds are only possible in the case of full cancellation by the organization. Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued. Tickets may only be resold via official resale platforms such as Ticketswap.

Program Changes

The organization reserves the right to change the program, including the line-up and timetable, without prior notice. No refund or compensation can be claimed as a result of such changes.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure

The organization is not liable for damages caused by cancellation due to force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, government measures, or safety risks. Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of force majeure. The organization may offer an alternative date but is not obliged to do so.

Liability of the Organization

The organization is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings. Entering the event is at your own risk. Personal injury caused by third parties or the visitor’s own actions is not the responsibility of the organization.

Security Check & Search

Upon entry, visitors will be subject to checks and searches. Visitors may request to be searched by a security officer of the same gender. Refusal of a security check will result in denial of access without the right to a refund.

Zero-Tolerance Drugs Policy

A strict zero-tolerance policy applies to the possession, use, or trade of drugs on the premises. Persons found in possession of, dealing, or visibly under the influence of drugs will be removed and may be handed over to the authorities.

Access Restrictions under the Influence

It is prohibited to enter the premises under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Visitors who are visibly intoxicated will be denied entry without the right to a refund.

Prohibited Items and Bag Policy

Items such as drugs, glassware, umbrellas, flags, sharp objects, and face-covering masks are not allowed. Bags larger than A4 size are prohibited unless required for medical purposes (with prior approval). Confiscation and removal from the premises may follow in case of violations.

Toilets and Public Urination

Entering toilet facilities with more than one person is not permitted. Public urination will result in immediate removal from the premises.

Smoking Areas

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking outside these zones is prohibited and may lead to removal from the premises.

Promotion and Sales

Promotional activities, merchandise sales, and other commercial actions are prohibited on the event grounds and surrounding areas without written permission from the organization.

Sound Levels

The event operates with high sound levels. Hearing protection is advised and will be available on site.

Photography and Videography

Visitors consent to being recorded in photos, video, and audio during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes by the organization. Professional camera equipment is not permitted without prior approval.

Deposit and Recycling

A deposit system applies to cups. Visitors receive a recycle token upon entry, which can be exchanged for new cups or drinks. Losing tokens will incur additional costs.

Food and Drinks

Visitors may not bring their own food or drinks. Chewing gum and lollipops are prohibited due to sensitive flooring; Smints and Dextro are allowed if sealed. Containers, even if empty, are not allowed.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for event management and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

First Aid and Safety

A First Aid station is available on site. In case of a medical incident, visitors must immediately notify First Aid or security staff. The organization is not liable for any injury, except in cases of gross negligence.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
